AdCounty Media enters 9th year with BSE listing, accelerates product-led transformation

Mumbai: AdCounty Media India Ltd. has entered its ninth year in the AdTech ecosystem, marking a significant milestone with its successful listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and its evolution into a product-led technology business.

Founded in 2017, the company has grown into a multi-million-dollar AdTech player with a presence across India, LATAM, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Over the past year, AdCounty Media has focused on strengthening its core AdTech infrastructure while expanding its global footprint.

The company has transitioned from a performance-driven, service-led model to a technology-first approach powered by proprietary platforms and scalable solutions. This shift reflects its long-term vision of building an integrated and self-reliant AdTech ecosystem that delivers efficiency, control, and measurable outcomes across the advertising lifecycle.

Founded by Chandan Garg and Aditya Jangid, along with co-founders Abbhinav R. Jain, Delphin Varghese, and Kumar Saurav, the company was built on a mobile-first, data-driven foundation during a period of rapid digital disruption.

AdCounty Media has also been recognised as a Great Place to Work in 2023 and 2025, highlighting its people-first culture. Its global presence now spans offices across India, UAE, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Brazil, and Germany.

Commenting on the milestone, Kumar Saurav, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, AdCounty Media, said, “The ninth year marks a pivotal point in the journey of AdCounty Media with its successful BSE listing that signals greater accountability, operational maturity and preparedness for the next phase of growth.”

As part of its transformation, the company has strengthened its proprietary AdTech stack, including platforms such as iSearchAds for app store visibility, OpsisPro for performance-driven user acquisition, Adaxx Pro for programmatic and branding solutions, and PubFormer for publisher monetisation and operational control. Together, these platforms form a unified ecosystem designed to reduce reliance on fragmented tools and enable structured, scalable growth.

Reflecting on the company’s evolving growth philosophy, Aditya Jangid, Chairman and Managing Director, AdCounty Media, said, “The way we look at growth has changed a lot. It has shifted from a hustle-driven approach to building something that can scale without breaking.”

Looking ahead, AdCounty Media plans to further strengthen its product capabilities and expand into high-growth markets as it prepares to enter its tenth year.
