Mumbai: AdCounty Media India Limited, a digital-first adtech company, today announced the appointment of Gaurav Dikshit as an Advisor to the Board. The appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s strategic roadmap for future growth, expanding its partner ecosystem, and sharpening its market expansion strategy.
In his new role, Dikshit will work closely with AdCounty Media’s leadership and Board to provide strategic direction on partnerships, enhance growth metrics, and create long-term value. He will also support the company in unlocking new opportunities across high-potential digital ecosystems with a focus on sustainable and scalable impact.
Dikshit brings over two decades of experience spanning media, marketing, strategy, growth, content, and digital transformation. Known as an ideas-driven leader, his career has evolved from media planning to senior leadership roles, giving him a holistic understanding of the media and marketing ecosystem. His professional journey includes working across agencies, client organisations, entrepreneurial ventures, and consulting environments, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on both brands and businesses.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), Dikshit has built deep expertise in media, consumer insight, and the digital landscape. Over the years, he has held key roles at leading organisations including Grey Worldwide, RK Swamy, and Starcom, where he worked on marquee brands such as BSNL, Wrigley’s, Aviva, Samsung, LVMH, Kohler, and UCB.
He later transitioned into leadership and strategy roles at Mindshare (GroupM), Samsung India, and RK Swamy Delhi, where he led integrated media, digital, and growth-focused initiatives. His work has included high-impact national and government-led programmes such as Digital India, Jan Dhan Yojana, PFRDA, Mudra Loan, and campaigns for UNICEF.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Dikshit is also an entrepreneur who has built and scaled digital- and content-led platforms, with a strong focus on growth markets, particularly rural audiences and children. These ventures leveraged his deep understanding of media, content, and technology to create scalable, purpose-driven platforms.
