Gurugram: AdGlobal360 (AGL), a MarTech company and a member of Hakuhodo International, has announced the launch of dXfactor, its new MarTech consulting practice designed to accelerate AI-first digital transformation for enterprises.
Building on AGL’s decade-long experience with Fortune 500 clients, dXfactor will provide a structured framework that integrates AI, data, media, and design to drive measurable business growth. The new unit enhances AGL’s role as a digital transformation partner for enterprises navigating evolving customer expectations and rapid advances in technology.
To spearhead this initiative, AGL has appointed Varun Seth, Managing Partner, to lead dXfactor. In this expanded role, Seth will focus on building the practice into a centre of excellence that blends strategy, consumer insights, and technology enablement.
The practice will leverage AdGlobal360’s proprietary AI-powered tools and deep industry expertise to deliver end-to-end support across the enterprise marketing journey. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, designing MarTech architecture, driving paid media effectiveness, enhancing customer experiences, and enabling robust measurement frameworks that deliver tangible business impact.
