Adobe introduces new Adobe Experience Cloud features for Personalizing and Measuring AI-Generated content

New Delhi: Adobe has introduced new AI-driven tools in Adobe Experience Cloud for brands to enhance content creation and prove business effectiveness. By utilizing AI for content generation and aligning it with customer preferences, brands can optimize campaigns in real time, addressing crucial challenges in their content supply chains.

Adobe’s latest solutions empower brands to enhance performance and achieve customer engagement goals. New features in Adobe Experience Cloud assist teams in personalizing, testing, and analyzing AI content. Actionable insights from Adobe Content Analytics optimize future content creation by identifying attributes that resonate with audiences. In Adobe Experience Manager, real-time web experimentation guides visitors to high-converting AI-generated variants. Adobe Journey Optimizer automates testing and optimization by generating multiple content variations.

Amit Ahuja, senior vice president, Digital Experience Business at Adobe said, “Personalizing customer experiences in today’s environment can require thousands of variations for different marketing channels and regions, a problem that has been alleviated with the support of generative AI. Marketers are being challenged to ensure that AI-generated variants also resonate with customers, and Adobe’s latest innovations will help brands meet the moment through real-time experimentation and actionable insights.”

New Adobe Experience Cloud innovations include: 

  • Adobe Content Analytics: Now in beta, Adobe Content Analytics in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) offers detailed insights on content across platforms like web and mobile. These insights can be integrated into CJA for a comprehensive view of the customer journey. By analyzing attributes like colors and objects, marketers can optimize web content based on what drives more bookings.
  • AI Assistant Content Accelerator in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): AI Assistant Content Accelerator in AJO enables marketers to create on-brand assets for various channels, tailored to specific audiences based on language and tone. Marketers receive multiple variations for real-time testing as assets are generated.

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Edge Delivery Services, Self-Learning Experimentation: Brands using AEM Edge Delivery Services can experiment in real time with AI-generated content variations, automatically presenting top-performing options to consumers for better audience resonance insights.
