This year there are a few new entries in the list, we are seeing many financial, medical Apps like GROWW, Upstox, PharmEasy which are using the IPL platform to their advantage and to reach out to the audiences.
This year the IPL ad featuring MSD as a Monk was the talk of the town and it also broke the internet.
Later ads like Dream 11, CRED, Jio, Swiggy created interesting innovative, and funny ads to keep the audiences aware of their offerings.
Every year Dream11 comes up with innovative advertisements with cricketers, this year they have two campaigns. First #TeamHaiTohMazaaHai campaign, which takes forward the core idea of the Indian fan’s love for the game of cricket, featuring some of the game’s biggest stars like MS Dhoni, Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, and Shreyas Iyer. Secondly, the #Dream11PeDimaag campaign, starring Captain Cool M.S. Dhoni, urges the viewers to use their “dimaag” on Dream11.

Cred advertisement has already broken the internet with Rahul Dravid having anger issue, the Ad was beyond our imagination and it was loved by everyone, the audience shared their opinion on social media platforms. Cred has followed it up with two more ads, one with Jackie Shroff dancing the Zumba and another with Kumar Sanu as a salesman selling Insurance.

In the 14th season of IPL, PhonePe has announce that they are official co-presenting sponsor for the television broadcast of IPL 2021 on Star Sports Network. It is also the associate sponsor for the digital broadcast of IPL on Disney+Hotstar. Additionally, this time PhonePe is also sponsoring 4 IPL franchises.
GROWW another home-grown financial investment APP makes it first foray in IPL this year. This APP allows investors to open an account electronically and transact in mutual funds and stocks online.
This year Upstox a financial APP is the new entrant in IPL. They launched their first campaign ‘Start KarkeDekho’ that aims to promote better financial participation in the country by saying that sometimes it’s all about just taking the first step.
Swiggy, one of India’s leading food delivery App has built a strong association with cricket over the last three years with its relatable ads and exciting offers. Swiggy has been in the forefront of highly innovative ads, and the uncle featured in the AD is the most lovable person for many. Every year they come up with innovative campaigns like “Swiggy Match Day Mania”, this year they have come up with social media campaign called “Swiggy Forecast” where your knowledge about cricket will get you free Food. Swiggy this year also has 2 Ads featuring the Uncle.
PharmEasy, a digital way of ordering Medicines and healthcare products has taken an initiative in IPL 2021, has come up with a campaign which is focusing on its offered range of products and service.
