The Asianet Television Awards 2024 celebrated the best in television while also unveiling the much-anticipated trailer of the movie “AjayanteRandamMoshanam” (“ARM”). The trailer was launched by stars Tovino Thomas, Kriti Shetty, Harish Uttaman, Jagadish, director Jitin Lal, and scriptwriter Sujith, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.
This year’s award ceremony was a grand showcase of the rich history and evolution of television, creating a unique atmosphere where artists and viewers shared the stage. One of the evening’s highlights was the felicitation of film star and Union Minister Suresh Gopi, honoring his significant contributions to the industry.
The event was graced by the presence of numerous prominent actors, including Anushree, Sudheer Karamana, Tiny Tom, Asha Sarath, Harish Kanaran, Sasthika, Azeez Nedumangad, Manikuttan, Prem Kumar, and Asianet Channel Head Kishan Kumar, along with many other celebrated personalities.
In addition to the trailer launch, the ceremony recognized excellence in television with various awards. Cricketer Sreesanth, film star Mukesh, and renowned singer KS Chitra were among the honored guests. The prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to veteran actor Jagadish for his outstanding contributions to the entertainment industry.
The evening was packed with entertainment, featuring mesmerizing dance performances, thrilling stunts, and hilarious comedy skits performed by popular television and film stars, ensuring an unforgettable experience for the audience.
The Asianet Television Awards 2024 will be telecast on Asianet on September 7th and 8th (Saturday and Sunday) from 7 PM onwards.
