BBH India appoints Delon Mascarenhas, Mitushi Sharma, Ashwin Palkar & Nisheeth Srivastava in key roles

Mumbai: BBH India, part of Publicis Groupe India, has bolstered its leadership team to accelerate growth and scale client impact. The agency announced the appointment of Delon Mascarenhas and Mitushi Sharma as Executive Vice Presidents, while Ashwin Palkar and Nisheeth Srivastava have been elevated to Senior Executive Creative Directors.

In their new roles, Delon and Mitushi will focus on strengthening client partnerships and driving strategic business expansion, reporting to Himanshu Saxena, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, BBH India. Ashwin and Nisheeth, on the other hand, will continue to report to Parikshit Bhattacharya, Chief Creative Officer, BBH India, and play a pivotal role in leading creative excellence and nurturing talent.

The leadership moves come on the back of BBH India’s strong growth momentum, marked by new business wins, strengthening of existing client relationships, and global creative recognition — including a Bronze Lion for its ‘Bassi Vs Garnier Men’s Facewash’ campaign at Cannes Lions 2025. BBH India was also ranked the No. 3 Creative Agency in India in the MMA SMARTIES Business Impact Index 2024, underscoring its creative and business effectiveness.

With over 25 years of experience, Delon Mascarenhas has led brand strategy, content, and digital mandates across leading organizations, including DDB Mudra Group, Tring, Edelman India, and Havas Life. He has worked on marquee brands such as McDonald’s, HUL, Red Bull, Meesho, Dream11 and Abbott.

Mitushi Sharma brings over 23 years of experience across categories like beauty, auto, BFSI, pharma, FMCG, and consumer durables. She has worked with leading brands including Nivea, Whirlpool, Mahindra, Hero Group, Conagra Foods, Skechers and Torrent Pharma, and was a key part of Unilever’s portfolio management across brands such as Lakme, Domex, and Ayush during her stint at FCB Interface.
