Mumbai: BharatPe, one of India’s leading financial services and UPI payments platforms, has announced the appointment of Harshita Khanna as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this new role, Harshita will spearhead BharatPe’s people strategy with a focus on building a strong performance-driven culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving organization-wide transformation to align with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
A strategic HR professional, Harshita brings over 18 years of rich experience across global organizations. Prior to joining BharatPe, she served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India, where she led large-scale change management and cultural transformation initiatives, implemented digital HR solutions, and strengthened workforce engagement. Her career also spans leadership roles at Alcatel Lucent, CSC, and Aon Hewitt, where she specialized in total rewards, performance management, and organizational design.
