Mumbai: Billion Electric Mobility (BillionE), an E-Mobility-as-a-Service (eMaaS) platform, has announced the elevation of Sanjeev Kulkarni as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Previously serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Sanjeev brings over 32 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, with a strong background in business expansion, product development, and strategic execution.
Sanjeev’s career spans key leadership roles at Bosch Limited (India & Germany) and Kalyani Group, Pune, where he successfully led large-scale projects, strategic OEM partnerships, and business growth initiatives. Under his leadership, businesses have achieved double-digit revenue growth and strengthened market presence through key alliances.
As CEO of Billion Electric, Sanjeev will focus on:
* Expanding the E-MaaS business with electric trucks and airport tarmac electric buses.
* Strengthening industry partnerships with OEMs and fleet operators.
* Accelerating the rollout of commercial EV solutions for inter-city transport and corporate customers.
