Cannes Lions Day 4: A Hat-Trick for Dentsu Creative with one more Grand Prix; With 19 more Lions India’s metal tally stands at 39

Indian contingent’s Marathon continues with stunning performance bagging one Grand Prix, five Gold, five Silver and eight Bronze on Day 4 of Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. Dentsu Creative India breaks record by winning third Grand Prix for its campaign, ‘The Unfiltered History Tour’. The total metal tally for India with 19 more Lions now stands at 39. One more day to go.

Dentsu Creative grabbed a Grand Prix and a Silver in this category for “The Unfiltered History Tour” campaign for client Vice Media.

Ajay Gahlaut, Group Chief Creative Officer India, Dentsu Creative commented, “Here we are almost towards the end of this Grand Festival, and we win a THIRD Grand Prix today along with a Silver and Bronze. FCB India/Kinnect bagged a Gold, one Silver and one Bronze for ‘Chatpat’ campaign for client SOS Children’s Village India.

FCB India won a Bronze for ‘Unbox Me’ campaign for client UNAIDS.

There were 14 shortlists from India in Social & Influencer category.

FCB India/Kinnect has secured a Gold and Silver for ‘Chatpat’ campaign for client SOS Children’s Village India.

FCB India won a Silver for ‘Nominate Me Selfie’ campaign for client Political Shakti + The Times of India.

Ogilvy won a Silver for ‘Perk Disclaimers’ campaign for client Cadbury Perk.

BBDO India won a Bronze for ‘See Equal #ShareTheLoad’ campaign for client Procter & Gamble.

There were 12 shortlists from India in Media Lions category.

Ogilvy bagged a Gold and one Bronze for ‘Shahrukh Khan – My Ad’ campaign, for client Cadbury Celebrations.

FCB India won a Gold for ‘Nominate Me Selfie’ campaign for client Political Shakti + The Times of India.

FCB India/Kinnect also won a Bronze for ‘Chatpat’ campaign for client SOS Children’s Villages India.

There were 9 shortlists from India in Direct Lions category.

Creative Data

Ogilvy secured a Gold for ‘Shahrukh Khan – My Ad’ campaign for client Cadbury Celebrations. There were two shortlists in this category from India.

Dentsu Creative won a Bronze for ‘The Unfiltered History Tour’ campaign for client Vice Media.

FCB India won two Bronze for ‘Unbox Me’ campaign for client Unaids.

There were 13 shortlists from India in PR Lions category.

Cannes also announced the winners in Creative B2B category. There were no shortlists from India in this category.
