CARMA expands global presence with New Tokyo Office to empower Japanese Organisations with Advanced Media Intelligence

Tokyo: CARMA, a media intelligence and research solution, has expanded its global footprint with the opening of its 23rd office in Tokyo, Japan. This strategic move underscores CARMA’s commitment to supporting Japanese multinational corporations, government agencies, and international organisations operating in Japan with cutting-edge media intelligence solutions.

CARMA already collaborates with several Fortune 500 Japanese companies across the banking, automotive, FMCG, and technology sectors, providing them with data-driven insights that drive business growth and enhance decision-making. With the new Tokyo office, Japanese clients will gain access to CARMA’s AI-driven analytics and award-winning consulting solutions, enabling them to navigate an increasingly complex media landscape with precision.

CARMA’s suite of solutions is designed to support organisations in critical areas such as brand reputation management, crisis measurement, competitor positioning, and market landscape analysis.

CARMA Japan will be led by Kenichiro Watai-san, a seasoned media professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Watai-san previously served as Group Account Director at BBDO Worldwide and as Deputy General Manager at Hakuhodo, bringing a wealth of expertise in media strategy and corporate communications.
