Bengaluru: Century Real Estate has unveiled a new integrated marketing campaign for Century Immencity, its upcoming 50+ acre mixed-use destination located on Airport Road in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. Anchored in the proposition, “It’s All Happening Here,” the campaign positions Immencity as a globally benchmarked urban ecosystem that brings together work, leisure, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, events, and culture within a single destination.
The campaign has been rolled out through a 360-degree media strategy spanning IPL, digital platforms, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising, targeting audiences across multiple high-impact touchpoints. Ahead of the official reveal, Century Real Estate had launched a city-wide teaser campaign in February featuring cryptic billboards and visual cues highlighting leisure, dining, retail, and social experiences. The teaser phase was designed to generate intrigue and build anticipation around the project across Bengaluru.
The campaign film expands on this narrative through a globally inspired storytelling approach. It opens with references to iconic cultural and lifestyle experiences from around the world, including Hong Kong-inspired dining, Vienna’s ballet and opera traditions, Parisian luxury ateliers, live music culture from the United States, Scandinavian design influences, and Japan’s cherry blossom landscapes. These experiences are then reimagined within Century Immencity, reinforcing the campaign’s central message that globally inspired experiences can now be found within North Bengaluru’s Airport Road corridor.
The film also highlights the destination’s diverse experiential offerings, including the Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall, Culture Atelier, and five-star hospitality experiences. Through these spaces, the campaign communicates Immencity’s vision as a destination where activity, engagement, and experiences continuously unfold across business, leisure, retail, culture, and entertainment.
A notable aspect of the campaign is its use of AI-led production techniques, enabling the brand to create a large-scale cinematic narrative that seamlessly integrates cultural inspirations from different parts of the world. The approach showcases how AI can enhance destination marketing by creating immersive visual storytelling experiences.
