Mumbai: Channelplay Limited has announced the appointment of three senior leaders to critical roles in its leadership team. These strategic hires underscore Channelplay’s commitment to accelerating innovation, expanding digital capabilities, and delivering excellence in retail execution.
Joining Channelplay’s growing leadership bench are Gaurav Arora as Senior Product Manager, Krishna Awatar Singh as Strategic Growth Leader for the Go-to-Market (GTM) vertical, and Lav Kumar Bhardwaj as Business Head – Digital Solutions. Collectively, they bring decades of cross-functional experience across sales, marketing, digital transformation, and product innovation.

Gaurav Arora, who came on board in January 2025, takes charge as Senior Product Manager with a mandate to advance Channelplay’s AI-driven recruitment innovation. With a strong track record across recruitment tech, fintech, and SaaS—including leadership roles at CarDekho and Indus Valley Partners—Gaurav is spearheading the transformation of talent acquisition through Generative AI, streamlining sourcing, screening, and scheduling to boost hiring efficiency.

In November 2024, Channelplay appointed Lav Kumar Bhardwaj as Business Head – Digital Solutions. A digital transformation leader with more than a decade of experience, Lav is responsible for scaling tech-enabled services, developing AI-powered platforms, and driving business outcomes through automation and analytics.
