Chennai: Chennai Academy of Motion Picture has announced the 5th edition of the Chennai International Short Film Festival (CISFF). The festival has received 9683 films from all over the world in the span of 5 years.
The CISFF will witness 130 short films to be screened with an audience of over 250 per film that are being submitted from over 45 countries. For the first time, more than 1000 delegates have registered for the event and each session will hold up to 250 people.
This year’s event also offers Best viewing experience for the audience with screening by QUBE projection from the first time along with JBL sound system.
Apparently, CISFF is theonly short film festival to reach international communities from India and the list of dignitaries includes Consul Generals from Foreign Embassies, Media Professionals, Cinema Celebrities and top Bureaucrats.
The event will also witness the participation of happening Directors who has delivered acclaimed movies in the recent past along with Producers, Actors and many other industry veterans from the South Indian Cine fraternity.
