Mumbai: Digital transformation agency Code and Theory has appointed Harsh Kapadia as Head of Enterprise Creative, reinforcing its focus on helping global enterprises integrate creativity with technology, data and business transformation.
In the newly created leadership role, Kapadia will build and lead the company’s Enterprise Creative practice, working closely with strategic clients including Adobe and IBM. He will be responsible for embedding creative thinking across enterprise transformation initiatives, enabling brands to connect storytelling with customer experience, digital platforms and AI-powered business solutions.
Kapadia joins Code and Theory after serving as Chief Creative Officer at Grey India. With more than 20 years of international experience across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America, he brings a global perspective shaped by work for leading organisations such as Google, Kraft, United States Postal Service, Reckitt, Procter & Gamble, Motorola, LEGO, New Balance, Diageo, Ford and the Australian Government.
His appointment comes as Code and Theory expands its strategic collaboration with Adobe. The partnership recently introduced the Creative Intelligence System (CIS) at Adobe Summit and unveiled the Content Operating System for Sports (COS) during Cannes Lions. Both offerings are products of a three-year co-development programme between Code and Theory and Adobe’s Partner Solutions Group.
Commenting on his new role, Kapadia said creativity today must extend beyond communications to become a catalyst for business growth. He noted that combining creativity with technology, design and data creates opportunities to influence behaviour, generate enterprise value and deliver lasting cultural impact.
