Mumbai: Collective Artists Network has announced that Kshitij Mehta, Partner at the company, will now head its Motion Pictures division along with Ratpack Stories, one of the three content verticals under Collective Studios, the company’s unified content studio.
Collective Studios unites Collective Artists Network’s original storytelling initiatives across platforms and formats, currently encompassing Ratpack Stories, Terribly Tiny Tales, and Historyverse. Ratpack Stories functions as the company’s film-focused production arm, supporting creator-led, commercially ambitious projects for both theatrical and streaming platforms.
In his expanded role, Kshitij Mehta will oversee the entire motion picture slate, including literary and casting decisions, while driving the development of original projects under Ratpack Stories. The mandate is to build a filmmaker-first production engine, collaborating closely with Collective’s talent ecosystem and the wider industry.

“Kshitij has been instrumental in shaping how we think about films and long-term creative partnerships. As we build Collective Studios into a home for distinct storytelling verticals, it was important for Ratpack Stories to have clear leadership and intent. Kshitij brings both creative instinct and operational clarity to that role,” said Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network.
Kshitij Mehta, Partner, Collective Artists Network, added, “Ratpack Stories is about backing strong voices and building films with intent and ambition. Leading motion pictures alongside Ratpack allows us to approach projects more cohesively, from talent to storytelling to execution, while staying true to the kind of work we want to put into the world.”
This move aligns with Collective Artists Network’s strategy to develop focused content verticals under Collective Studios, each with a dedicated creative mandate and leadership, reinforcing its position as a new media network spanning talent, content, and culture.
