Mumbai: According to media reports, Danish Khan is set to move on from Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI). He will continue with the network until March 31, 2026, ensuring a smooth transition.
Khan currently leads SPNI’s digital business SonyLIV, the network’s independent production arm StudioNEXT, and the Network Channels Licensing Division. Over the past decade, he has been one of the key architects behind SPNI’s content resurgence, playing a pivotal role in strengthening its television and OTT portfolio.
An accomplished media professional with over two decades of experience across marketing, programming, and digital entertainment, Khan is widely credited with shaping several of India’s most successful television and OTT properties, contributing significantly to SPNI’s growth and market positioning.
The network is expected to announce Khan’s successor in due course.
