Mumbai: Investment platform Dhan has unveiled its latest brand campaign, ‘Dhan Ki Bhasha – The Language of Money’, celebrating the emotional and cultural significance of money in India and positioning it as a language that transcends regions, traditions and spoken languages.
Built around the insight that India may speak over a hundred languages but shares a common understanding of money, the campaign explores how financial values are deeply woven into everyday life and family traditions.
The campaign portrays money as more than a means of transaction, highlighting its role in customs and milestones such as receiving an extra ₹1 as shagun, saving in a piggy bank before opening a fixed deposit, placing one’s first salary in a mother’s hands, and discussing finances over tea, at weddings, during festivals and around the dinner table.
According to Dhan, while languages, customs and traditions vary across the country, the meaning of wealth remains universal—symbolising responsibility, security, ambition, freedom and the aspiration to create a better future for the next generation.
Through ‘Dhan Ki Bhasha’, the company pays tribute to India’s linguistic and cultural diversity while reinforcing the idea that financial values connect people across communities. The campaign aims to position Dhan as a brand that understands the emotional relationship Indians have with money, beyond investing and transactions.
