New Delhi: Eazzy, India’s full-stack technology platform focused on transforming the post-purchase product lifecycle, has appointed Manish Gupta as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reinforcing its AI-first vision for the home services and product lifecycle ecosystem.
In his new role, Gupta will lead the company’s technology strategy, artificial intelligence initiatives, product engineering, platform architecture and innovation. He will be responsible for building a scalable and intelligent technology ecosystem aimed at simplifying the product ownership journey for millions of Indian households.
Gupta brings over 15 years of experience in technology and product leadership across AI, SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce and recommerce. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore, he has held leadership roles at companies including Moglix and Cashify, founded AI-driven ventures Blueteak Labs and All Is Well, and most recently served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Phyllo, where he led the development of AI-native products powered by large language models.

Welcoming Gupta to the leadership team, Saurabh Luthra, Co-founder & CEO, Eazzy, said, “Eazzy was created to simplify everything that happens after a consumer buys a product—from installation and maintenance to repairs, resale and value recovery. Technology is the foundation of this vision. Manish brings an exceptional combination of product thinking, AI expertise, and execution at scale. His experience in building category-defining technology businesses makes him the ideal leader to shape the next phase of Eazzy’s growth as we continue to create smarter, more connected experiences for our customers.”
Commenting on his appointment, Manish Gupta, Chief Technology Officer, Eazzy, said, “Consumers today expect convenience, transparency, and speed across every interaction. Eazzy is solving a large and largely underserved problem by organizing the entire product ownership journey through technology. I’m excited to join the founders and the talented team to build AI-first products, strengthen our technology platform, and create scalable solutions that deliver meaningful value to customers, service partners, and the broader ecosystem.”
Founded by Saurabh Luthra and Aksh Chauhan, Eazzy aims to organise India’s fragmented post-purchase ecosystem by integrating installation, maintenance, repair, buyback and resale services on a single technology platform under its “One Home, One App” philosophy.
The company said Gupta’s appointment is expected to strengthen its technology and AI capabilities, accelerate product development and support the creation of a future-ready platform designed to help consumers manage, maintain and maximise the value of the products they own.
