New Delhi: Integrated communications agency Grapes Worldwide has announced the appointment of Sanjay Kumar as Director – AI & Growth, reinforcing its focus on AI-led digital transformation and performance-driven business growth.
In his new role, Sanjay Kumar will lead the agency’s AI-powered growth initiatives with a focus on improving operational efficiency, streamlining digital workflows, and strengthening performance-led marketing capabilities across the organization.
As part of the mandate, Kumar will work on developing scalable AI-driven systems designed to reduce repetitive manual processes and enable teams to operate with greater speed, efficiency, and accuracy. His charter will include leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making across digital functions, while strengthening capabilities in SEO, SEM, website audits, workflow optimization, and AI search readiness through emerging disciplines such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Kumar joins the agency with over 14 years of experience across digital growth, enterprise SEO, automation, and performance marketing. Prior to joining Grapes Worldwide, he held leadership positions at agencies including Dentsu-owned Techmagnate, Intelegencia, and Unyscape, where he worked with brands such as Jio Finance, Tata Capital, Bajaj Broking, and Bajaj General Insurance.
Over the course of his career, he has built expertise in AI-powered automation, technical SEO, data-first growth strategies, and no-code and low-code workflow solutions.
