Mumbai: Green Goose Design (GGD), the creative design arm of leading PR firm The Communication Council (TCC), has collaborated with Reliance Retail to bring to life Puraveda — a newly launched premium ayurvedic beauty and wellness brand. GGD has played a pivotal role in developing Puraveda’s complete visual identity, crafting a brand world that bridges India’s ancient wellness traditions with a contemporary design ethos.
Puraveda enters the ayurvedic beauty segment with a portfolio of over 50 products across skincare, haircare, and body wellness. GGD led the brand-building process across all consumer touchpoints—from naming the brand and designing its emblematic crest logo, to bespoke pastel-hued packaging and visual storytelling that evokes a sense of calm sophistication.
At the center of Puraveda’s brand language is a custom-designed crest logo that intricately weaves together four Ayurvedic powerhouses: lotus, hibiscus, rose, and neem. This emblem is a visual metaphor for the brand’s core promise—natural beauty rooted in wellness, tradition, and aspiration. The soft packaging palette—featuring beige, peach, pink, yellow, and green—furthers this narrative, reflecting a refined and approachable aesthetic.
Arjun Sawhney, Director, TCCGGD, and a recognized leader in luxury branding, commented, “With Puraveda, our intent was to craft a visual identity that bridges heritage and modernity. The crest draws from the sanctity and richness of Ayurveda, while the pastel colour story introduces a refined, contemporary elegance. This design language reflects the philosophy of the brand while it speaks to a discerning new audience seeking authenticity with aspiration.”
Puraveda positions itself as a brand that merges purity with confidence, and tradition with modern self-care. GGD distilled these principles into a compelling and consistent design system that communicates the brand’s essence across every interaction.
