The announcement was made by Yannick Bolloré, CEO and Chairman, Havas, during the agency’s press briefing at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
This move represents the next phase of Havas’ €400 million commitment—announced at Cannes last year—to data, technology, and AI over four years. This global strategy and operating system, now renamed Converged.AI, is designed to unify talent, platforms, and capabilities to deliver integrated, client-centric communications solutions at speed and scale.

Vermeer, developed by Prose on Pixels, Havas’ content-at-scale network, is an AI-enabled creative tool for photorealistic visual and video production. Unlike other generative platforms, Vermeer is built for real agency use—merging AI innovation with the precision of human creative oversight.
