Mumbai: IGP, a global D2C multi-category gifting platform, has appointed retail and e-commerce veteran Hetal Goyal as Vice President – Category. In her new role, she will lead the company’s category strategy, merchandising, sourcing, private label development, and business growth initiatives.
Goyal brings more than two decades of experience across retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce, with expertise in category management, merchandising, strategic sourcing, private label development, and P&L management. Over the course of her career, she has built and scaled product categories, launched private labels, established domestic and international sourcing networks, and driven profitable growth across leading retail businesses.
Prior to joining IGP, Goyal served as Senior Director at Zepto, where she led the company’s Zepto Cafe and Private Labels businesses. She has also held leadership roles at Udaan, Primarc Pecan Retail Pvt. Ltd., Crossword Bookstores, Reliance Retail, and Future Group, spearheading category expansion, merchandising, sourcing, and customer-centric growth initiatives.

At IGP, Goyal will focus on strengthening the company’s product portfolio by enhancing category selection, expanding strategic vendor partnerships, driving sourcing excellence, and identifying opportunities to scale existing and new categories to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
