With over two decades of experience across enterprise business development, strategic sales, customer relationship management, and the workspace solutions industry, Amit will lead the company’s enterprise growth strategy and strengthen leadership in managed and flexible workspace solutions.
In his new role, Amit will focus on scaling enterprise business operations, strengthening client partnerships, driving strategic revenue growth, and expanding Incuspaze’s footprint across key business markets in India. His appointment comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly adopting agile, technology-enabled, and experience-driven workspace models.
A seasoned industry leader, Amit brings extensive expertise in enterprise sales, commercial real estate advisory, and strategic account management. Over the years, he has worked closely with multinational corporations, large enterprises, and emerging businesses, helping organizations build scalable workplace strategies aligned with evolving business needs. His onboarding is a strategic move aligned with Incuspaze’s growth vision, as the organization targets an overall revenue of ₹1,000 crore in FY 2028–29.
Prior to joining Incuspaze, Amit has held leadership roles at Redbricks, Smartworks, and Regus, where he successfully led high-value enterprise deals, built strong client ecosystems, and drove business expansion across multiple regions. His deep understanding of enterprise occupier trends, consultative sales approach, and customer-centric leadership style will play a pivotal role in accelerating Incuspaze’s next phase of growth.
