Mumbai: InvoiceCloud, a provider of digital billing and payment solutions, has announced the appointments of Manish Sharma as Vice President of Product Management and Keerthi Kalyan as Director of Product Management, reinforcing its product leadership capabilities in India and strengthening the region’s role in driving global innovation, AI-led transformation, and long-term growth.
The appointments align with InvoiceCloud’s continued investment in expanding its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad and deepening India’s contribution to the company’s global product strategy and roadmap execution.
In their new roles, both leaders will work closely with Steve Schult, Chief Product Officer at InvoiceCloud’s Boston headquarters, and Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader at the company’s Hyderabad GCC.
As Vice President of Product Management, Manish Sharma will focus on advancing platform strategy, strengthening product management capabilities, and driving alignment across product strategy and roadmap execution. He will collaborate across teams in India and the U.S. to align product vision with customer priorities as InvoiceCloud continues to scale its product organization globally.
Manish brings nearly 18 years of global experience spanning strategy consulting and product leadership. His expertise includes product strategy, innovation, platform monetisation, and go-to-market execution. Most recently, he spent seven years at Microsoft in Seattle, contributing across Windows and Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), including AI initiatives and email PaaS strategy. He holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.Tech from IIT BHU, Varanasi.
As Director of Product Management, Keerthi Kalyan will focus on enhancing product execution, strengthening customer-centric product development, and advancing broader roadmap priorities. His responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering, strategy, and business teams across India and international markets to build scalable product capabilities and convert market and business priorities into impactful product outcomes.
Keerthi brings over 15 years of experience across product management, strategy, integrations, and SaaS platforms, along with entrepreneurial experience in running a QSR business. His background includes building customer-focused products and leading cross-functional collaboration across global markets. He holds an MBA from IIT Bombay and a B.E. from Osmania University.
