Jasleen Kaur G joins Bata India as Head – Category Marketing & PR for Brand Portfolio

Bata India has appointed Jasleen Kaur G as the new Head – Category Marketing & PR for its diverse brand portfolio. Jasleen, who was previously the Founder & CEO at Indiawood Global, will now lead the marketing efforts for Bata’s extensive range of brands, including Bata, Hush Puppies, Weinbrenner, Bubble Gummers, Nine West, Power, Floatz, and North Star.

Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Jasleen shared, “Joined Bata India as Head- Category Marketing & PR for the brand portfolio.” Her appointment marks a significant step as she takes charge of driving the marketing and public relations strategies for some of the most iconic footwear and lifestyle brands in India.

Before founding Indiawood Global, Jasleen held key positions at prominent organizations, including Reliance Brands Limited, Benetton Group, Canon India, India Infrastructure Publishing Private Limited, and The Hindu.

With a wealth of experience in Digital Strategy, Luxury Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Advertising, and Digital Marketing, Jasleen brings a strategic vision to her new role at Bata India. She holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Her extensive expertise positions her well to lead Bata India’s brand marketing initiatives and continue to drive growth and innovation within the company’s portfolio.
