New Delhi: KRBL Limited has appointed Manish Maheshwari as General Manager – Sales Excellence, strengthening its India leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on sales transformation and market execution.
In his new role, Maheshwari will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing sales capability and driving performance consistency across markets. His responsibilities include strengthening distributor and frontline productivity, refining sales and trade marketing processes, and enabling sharper planning and performance management. He will also oversee optimisation across route-to-market strategies, pricing, promotions, and trade investments.
A key part of Maheshwari’s mandate will be to build scalable, technology-enabled systems that support sustainable growth and improve execution quality across KRBL’s sales ecosystem.
Maheshwari brings over 16 years of experience in sales leadership and business management. He has previously held leadership roles at organisations including ITC and Udaan, and most recently founded and led his own startup, Nirmann, where he gained hands-on experience in building systems and scaling operations.
