KreditBee leverages Truecaller to accelerate loan disbursement and collections

New Delhi: KreditBee, an online credit solution provider, has strengthened its customer communication framework through a strategic partnership with Truecaller. By adopting Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solution Suite, the fintech platform aims to enhance trust, transparency, and operational efficiency across its loan disbursement and collection processes.

KreditBee’s integration of Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID enables the company to display its brand name, logo, category, verification tick, and green badge during outgoing calls. This reduces ambiguity for customers and reinforces authenticity at every interaction.

In addition, features such as Call Reason provide contextual information to customers about why they are being contacted—whether related to KYC verification, loan disbursements, EMI reminders, or customer support—thereby improving engagement and reducing friction. KreditBee has also implemented the Call Me Back capability, allowing customers to schedule preferred call-back slots to avoid missing critical loan-related communication. The company reports that these enhancements have contributed to improved loan disbursement timelines and stronger collections performance.

Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solution is currently trusted by over 3,000 businesses globally, enabling verified brand communication, improving recognition, and protecting customers from scams and fraudulent calls. Through this collaboration, KreditBee aims to further redefine customer engagement standards in India’s rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
