KreditBee’s integration of Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID enables the company to display its brand name, logo, category, verification tick, and green badge during outgoing calls. This reduces ambiguity for customers and reinforces authenticity at every interaction.
In addition, features such as Call Reason provide contextual information to customers about why they are being contacted—whether related to KYC verification, loan disbursements, EMI reminders, or customer support—thereby improving engagement and reducing friction. KreditBee has also implemented the Call Me Back capability, allowing customers to schedule preferred call-back slots to avoid missing critical loan-related communication. The company reports that these enhancements have contributed to improved loan disbursement timelines and stronger collections performance.
