Mumbai: To announce the launch of Spotify in the country, Leo Burnett India has created the announcement film for the brand. The agency’s Mumbai office will lead the business.
Spotify, established in 2006 by Swedish entrepreneurs Daniel Ek and Martin Lorentzon, has revolutionised the music industry across the globe in just over a decade.
Leo Burnett was chosen as the creative agency primarily because of its core belief in the HumanKind philosophy. HumanKind is not about advertising or brand propositions or marketing. It’s about people and purpose. This approach to creativity resonated with Spotify which has always embraced unconventional ways of marketing, and providing meaningful experiences instead of advertising.
Speaking on the launch of Spotify India campaign Rajdeepak Das MD India & Chief Creative Officer South Asia, Leo Burnett said “Personally I am myself a big user and fan of Spotify.
