Kerala: Manappuram Finance Ltd has announced the appointment of industry veteran Sreekanth P V as Group Head – Operations & Customer Experience.
His appointment is at the grade of President and, in his new role, Sreekanth will lead initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and enhance customer experience across the organisation by streamlining processes, driving innovation in service delivery, and strengthening the company’s customer experience framework across its business verticals.
He will also lead efforts to build and scale the company’s digital ecosystems and platforms. His leadership will support the company’s strategic objective of delivering superior service standards while building scalable and customer-centric operational models.
Sreekanth brings over 22 years of experience in operations management, digital platforms, product innovation, and customer experience within the financial services sector. He has developed extensive expertise in driving operational transformation, improving service delivery, and leveraging technology to create customer-centric solutions.
Prior to joining Manappuram Finance Ltd, Sreekanth held senior leadership roles at Bajaj Finance Ltd, where he contributed to strengthening operational frameworks, advancing digital initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple business functions. He most recently served as Deputy Executive Vice President (Digital Platforms), leading the development of a unified app and web platform strategy and building a cohesive digital ecosystem.
The appointment reflects Manappuram Finance’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team and enhancing operational excellence as the company continues to scale its business and customer engagement capabilities.
