Bengaluru: MAS Foods has appointed Isha Khanolkar as Vice President – Brand & Growth, strengthening its leadership team as the company looks to accelerate brand expansion and enter new product categories.
The appointment comes at a time when MAS Foods is focused on expanding its portfolio, deepening consumer engagement, and building long-term brands for evolving consumer needs.
Announcing the development on LinkedIn, MAS Foods said Khanolkar joins the organisation with more than 18 years of experience spanning healthcare, retail, FMCG, and consumer businesses. The company highlighted her expertise in brand building, business growth, and consumer insights, developed through leadership roles across organisations including Capital A and Organic World.
“Isha brings a rich blend of brand-building, business growth, and consumer understanding. Her journey across organisations such as Capital A and Organic World has given her experience in building brands, scaling businesses, and navigating growth across diverse categories,” the company said in its post.
Prior to joining MAS Foods, Khanolkar served as Marketing Communications and Community Lead at venture capital firm Capital A, where she led strategic growth marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the firm’s brand positioning and expanding its presence within the venture capital ecosystem. Her role involved driving brand-led growth strategies and fostering engagement across the startup and investor community.
Before Capital A, Khanolkar held leadership positions across consumer-focused businesses, including Organic World, where she was involved in brand development and growth initiatives.
At MAS Foods, Khanolkar will be responsible for driving brand strategy and growth as the company expands into new categories and seeks to build stronger consumer connections. The company said it is investing in understanding changing consumer preferences, creating meaningful products, and building brands designed for long-term relevance.
The appointment reflects MAS Foods’ continued focus on strengthening its leadership capabilities as it scales operations and pursues the next phase of growth.
