McDonald’s India – North and East launches Cheesy Mushroom and Cheesy Chicken Burgers under Signature Collection

Noida: McDonald’s India – North and East, operated by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (CPRL), has introduced two new indulgent offerings under its Signature Collection with the launch of the Cheesy Mushroom and Cheesy Chicken burgers. With this launch, the brand marks its entry into India’s evolving flavour-flex era, combining premium ingredients, rich flavour layers and an elevated burger experience designed to delight consumers.

Over the past year, McDonald’s has observed a growing shift in consumer preferences towards burgers that offer depth, richness and a more crafted eating experience. Responding to this trend, the brand has brought back the Signature Collection with two new variants aimed at consumers seeking accessible yet elevated burger choices. Each burger is designed with bold, layered ingredients that deliver a burst of flavours, textures and mouthfeel, creating a truly indulgent experience.

The new Signature Collection features the Cheesy Mushroom burger, priced at INR 239, which includes a cheesy mushroom patty paired with savoury Italian sauce, tangy gherkins and crisp lettuce, served in a protein bun. The Cheesy Chicken burger, also priced at INR 239, features a flame-grilled chicken patty layered with a juicy egg patty, tangy habanero sauce, gherkins and crunchy lettuce, all nestled within a protein bun.

Staying aligned with McDonald’s “Proudly Indian” commitment, all ingredients used in the new burgers, including lettuce, mushrooms, chicken and eggs, are sourced from trusted Indian suppliers. This approach supports local farmers and partners while ensuring freshness and quality that cater to Indian taste preferences.

By reintroducing the Signature Collection with two premium builds, McDonald’s continues to reinforce its focus on innovation and quality, offering multi-sensorial experiences tailored for evolving consumer tastes.

The Signature Collection is now available across McDonald’s restaurants in North and East India through dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru and delivery via third-party aggregators.
