Bengaluru: Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting has signed definitive agreements to acquire the Good Home and Eva brands from TTK Healthcare Ltd for ₹256 crore, marking its 17th acquisition as it expands its presence in the home care and personal care segments.
The acquisition adds two established brands to Wipro Consumer Care’s portfolio, strengthening its position in categories such as air care, household cleaning, deodorants and fragrances.
Good Home offers products across air care, odour removers, scrubbers and drain cleaners, while Eva is among India’s early deodorant brands with a portfolio that includes body sprays, no-gas perfumes, underarm roll-ons and talcum powders.
The two brands together generated revenues of ₹148 crore in FY26.

Upon completion of the transaction, the company said it will retain the existing identities of the Good Home and Eva brands while investing in broader distribution, product innovation and market expansion. Wipro Consumer Care also plans to leverage its manufacturing, research and development, marketing and distribution capabilities to accelerate the long-term growth of both brands.
The acquisition further advances the company’s strategy of building a diversified FMCG portfolio through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions in categories driven by rising hygiene awareness, premiumisation and evolving consumer preferences.
