Mumbai: Meta has announced the global expansion of its Meta AI business assistant, extending beta access to advertisers and agencies of all sizes across major markets, along with support for multiple languages across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Initially launched for small businesses in the U.S. in October 2025, the AI-powered assistant is now being scaled globally, following positive early feedback from advertisers who reported improved efficiency and more confident decision-making.
Integrated directly within platforms such as Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Business Support Home, the assistant eliminates the need for additional tools or interfaces, enabling seamless access to insights and support within existing workflows.
The Meta AI business assistant leverages business-specific data to deliver tailored recommendations, performance benchmarks, and real-time guidance. Key capabilities include campaign optimization through opportunity scores, instant analysis of results, troubleshooting of account issues, and answering advertiser queries in natural language.
According to Meta, early beta results demonstrate significant impact. Businesses resolved common account issues at a 20% higher rate using the assistant, while small business advertisers saw a 12% decrease in cost per result after applying opportunity score recommendations.

“By following the personalized recommendations provided to me by the Meta AI business assistant, I have time back to focus on creativity and my customers,” said Aesha Karunakaran, CEO, Protein Milkshake. “Using this AI tool helped me try new marketing tactics. It made a real difference for my business.”

“Having Meta AI business assistant built directly into Ads Manager is a game changer,” said Emi Natividad, Director of Social Ads, WebMO. “It delivers smarter insights right where we work — helping us streamline decisions, optimize campaigns faster, and focus more on pushing creative boundaries.”
The company said the expansion aligns with its broader vision to embed AI across the advertising ecosystem, enabling advertisers and agencies to make faster, data-driven decisions. Meta added that it will continue to enhance the assistant throughout 2026, with upcoming capabilities focused on campaign planning and creation, further supporting the end-to-end advertiser journey.
