Mumbai: In the most recent development, Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd (MRSS), India’s 1st& Only Listed Market Research firm appointed Mr.Retassh Bhansali as its Global CFO.
Retassh is a Management graduate from Mumbai University. He is a dynamic finance professional with extensive experience in setting up International Operations and is very focused on creating sustainable & strong cash flows. He has extensive experience in acquiring companies in UK and Asia. He has worked at the Management level heading the finance of Telecom and IT companies in the UK and Singapore and is currently on the board of companies across Singapore, UK and India.
On the addition, Raj Sharma, Chairman MRSS India commented “Mr. Bhansali is a professional with Domestic and International experience especially long stints in India and Singapore. To have him onboard fills an important void and will put our financial management engine in place. We recognized that this has been impending but we have now reached the size to have a CFO of this stature and so we have timed this appointment appropriately.”

In the midterm, I am looking to fine tune the budgeting mechanism, reinforce the receivables management system and ensure that corporate governance is foremost in the consolidation mode.”
