Mumbai: The Nemetschek Group, a global provider of software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations (AEC/O) and media industries, has announced the appointment of Sunil Pandita as the new Chief Division Officer for the Planning & Design Division. In addition to this key role, Pandita will also head the Digital Twin Business Unit, a strategically vital, cross-functional initiative within the Group.
With over 25 years of experience in global digital transformation, Pandita brings a proven track record of leadership in both business and technology. He has previously held senior executive roles at some of the world’s most respected companies including Honeywell, Dell, McKinsey & Company, Hewlett-Packard, and Thomson Reuters. Most recently, he served as Vice President & General Manager at Honeywell, leading multiple strategic verticals such as Connected Industrials, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Logistics, and Life Sciences, playing a significant role in scaling Honeywell’s software business.
Pandita holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Pandita succeeds César Flores Rodríguez, who will be stepping down to explore new opportunities. Over the past two and a half years, César played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Planning & Design Division and establishing the Group’s Digital Twin Business Unit.
