Novotel Hyderabad Airport has announced the appointment of Mayank Uniyal as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Uniyal brings with him 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and will take on the responsibility of leading sales and marketing strategy of the hotel.
Prior to joining Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Uniyal was Director of Sales and Marketing at Radisson Blu Plaza Hyderabad Banjara Hills. He began his professional career with Quality Inn Residency Hotel in 2001 and since then, he has worked with reputable brands, to name a few such as Radisson, InterContinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and many more.
In his new position, his primary objective will be to enhance the hotel’s sales, marketing, and revenue performance. He will be tasked to establish corporate goals, short-term and long-term budgets, and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. Additionally, he will be managing customer operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery as well as service quality norms.

Born and raised in Hyderabad, Uniyal completed his schooling from Sri Aurobindo International High School, did his intermediate from Ideal Junior College and obtained his degree in Hotel Management from Anwar-ul-loom College of Hotel Management.
