New Delhi: Novotel New Delhi City Centre has announced the appointment of Richa Trikha as Director of Sales and Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as it looks to accelerate growth across key business segments.
With over 18 years of experience spanning the hospitality and aviation sectors, Richa brings deep expertise in revenue generation, strategic sales, and client relationship management. In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, focusing on driving business growth across corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and social events segments.
Prior to joining Novotel New Delhi City Centre, Richa was associated with Hyatt Regency Delhi, where she played a key role in strengthening sales performance and executing high-impact strategies. Over the course of her career, she has also worked with leading hospitality brands such as Radisson Hotel Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts, building strong capabilities across corporate and events-driven business segments. Her early career stints with Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines further shaped her customer-centric approach.
