Nykaa’s Pink Friday campaign blends star power, creator humour and beauty offers

MUMBAI: Nykaa, a beauty and lifestyle destination, kicks off its biggest shopping moment of the year, the Nykaa Pink Friday Sale, with campaign films that blend humour, star power, and a very real insight: when Pink Friday drops, nothing else matters.

At the centre of it all is actress Deepika Padukone, Nykaa’s Brand Ambassador. The hero film opens at a packed press conference. Cameras flashing. Reporters firing questions about her next film, next character, next headline moment. But Deepika’s attention? Somewhere else entirely. Guess where, THE PINK FRIDAY SALE.

One buzz from her phone and the room changes. The offers are unmissable.
And suddenly, every question, from “What’s your next big role?” to “What’s the secret behind your glow?”, has the same answer: “Pink Friday.”

In a moment that’s equal parts playful and iconic, Deepika excuses herself from the podium, leaving the reporters stunned, and heads straight for the Nykaa Pink Friday Sale, because when the deals drop, even the biggest star in the room can’t resist.

She sets the stage- and then the chaos really begins! Mini films with Kusha, Kareema & Aisha drop bite-sized chaos, proving that Nykaa Pink Friday Sale frenzy can hijack anywhere, any time.

Kusha Kapila is the first to be swept up in the frenzy. She’s posing for the paps when someone murmurs the magic words: “Nykaa Pink Friday Sale chalu ho gayi.” In an instant, her expression shifts, replaced by high-wattage smiles and an excited rundown of everything the sale has in store, from free lipsticks and luxe fragrances to the chance of having your entire cart fulfilled by Nykaa. After all, this year’s daily bumper giveaways include everything from 100 free lipsticks to a one-year supply of foundation.

Kareema Barry enters the frame with her signature best-friend energy, sliding into another girl’s pink-carpet moment as if she’s known her forever. In the film, she recognizes the woman for her friend’s girlfriend and instantly slips into familiar, chatty small talk while they pose together for the cameras. Mid-conversation, she gets sidetracked, because the deals at Nykaa’s Pink Friday Sale are so good, you’ll be distracted, and casually blurts out the one thing she’s truly excited about: free gifts with every Nykaa order. What begins as an awkward mix-up melts into an unexpectedly awkward moment when she pulls out a lip gloss from her bag and hands it over.

Aisha Ahmed closes out the chaos with an entrance that feels straight out of a premiere, poised, and confident. In the film, she’s stopped by a pink-carpet interviewer who asks who she’s arrived with. The camera then pulls back to reveal the real answer: she’s carrying an almost comical number of Nykaa shopping bags, each one packed from the Pink Friday Sale. Her film drives home the message effortlessly: with never-before-seen price drops on luxe beauty, she’s stocked up so well that the pink carpet might as well be her personal checkout lane.

The 2025 Pink Friday Sale brings together deals across 1800+ brands, unbeatable price drops on luxe beauty, free gifts with every order, fast delivery, 100% authenticity and access to exclusive international names, all topped with daily bumper giveaways for top shoppers. With Padukone leading the madness and creators adding their own flair to the pink-carpet universe, this year’s campaign turns India’s biggest beauty sale into pure entertainment and a reminder that when Nykaa drops prices, everyone drops what they’re doing. The Nykaa Pink Friday Sale runs from 20–30 November.
