Pidilite Industries has elevated Manish Dubey to the position of Chief Business Officer for Fevicol, effective October 2024. Dubey previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Fevicol since August 2023.
Before joining Pidilite, Dubey was the Chief Marketing Officer at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, where he spent over 15 years. During his tenure, he significantly expanded the company’s online business and led the marketing function. He played a crucial role in establishing the direct-to-customer online platform, enhancing the website and app, and implementing best-in-class practices for customer acquisition and digital marketing. Under his leadership, the platform became the most visited in its category, and the app achieved the highest ratings.
Dubey’s marketing strategies modernized the company’s approach, shifting from traditional methods to digital. He built strong brand equity and executed award-winning campaigns, including the industry-wide initiative “Sabse Pahle Life Insurance,” collaborating with 24 companies.
Earlier in his career, Dubey worked as Group Brand Manager at General Mills for the Pillsbury brand and at Asian Paints. He holds a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
