New Delhi: Pravis has appointed marketing and media veteran Amit Duggal as its Founding Chief Growth Officer, reinforcing its leadership across media, artificial intelligence (AI) and growth marketing as the company prepares for its next phase of expansion.
With over 23 years of experience spanning media leadership, entrepreneurship and digital transformation, Duggal joins the founding leadership team at a time when brands are increasingly looking for partners that can combine strategic thinking, media expertise and AI-enabled execution to navigate a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
The company said the appointment aligns with its vision of building the next generation of growth marketing at the intersection of strategy, creativity, media and AI. As artificial intelligence continues to transform campaign planning, optimisation and measurement, Pravis aims to help brands make faster, smarter and more effective marketing decisions through an integrated approach.

Over the course of his career, Duggal has held senior leadership roles at Essence, Omnicom Media Group, Madison and Mindshare, where he led media, digital transformation and growth initiatives for brands including Google India, PepsiCo, HP, Airtel, Cisco, Virgin Atlantic, Perfetti, Renault, ITC and SC Johnson.
Beyond his corporate experience, Duggal has also built and scaled technology-led ventures, including Adorithm, which was subsequently acquired, and MonkeyMinds, a digital marketing and technology company that partnered with more than 100 brands across sectors such as BFSI, retail, consumer, D2C, education and media.
As part of the transition, several members of the MonkeyMinds team have joined Pravis, further strengthening the company’s expertise across media planning, performance marketing, strategy and client partnerships.
According to the company, the appointment marks another milestone in Pravis’ journey to build a technology-enabled growth marketing company by bringing together senior strategic talent, media expertise, AI capabilities and entrepreneurial leadership to help brands address increasingly complex marketing challenges.
