Mumbai: &Privé HD is all set to premiere the espionage thrillerA Most Wanted Man on Saturday, 5th of May at 1:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Directed by Anton Corbijn, the movie has an ensemble cast of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rachel McAdams, Willem Dafoe, Robin Wright, Grigoriy Dobrygin and Nina Ross in pivotal roles.
Based on a novel by the same name by John Le Carre, A Most Wanted Man, is the story of a half Chechen-half Russian political refugee Issa Karpov (Grigoriy Dobyrgin) who has been tortured by Russian security forces and has entered Germany illegally to lay claims on his father’s ill-received fortune. Günther Bachmann (Phlip Seymour Hoffman) leads a covert government team that seeks to recruit local informants with ties to Islamic terrorist organizations. Karpov’s actions trigger the officials from both security agencies, Germany and USA, to take close interest in him. As the clock ticks down and the stakes rise, the race is on to establish this most wanted man’s true identity – oppressed victim or destruction-bent extremist?
