Mumbai: PwC India has announced the extension of its strategic alliance with Leah, an enterprise agentic AI company, to help organisations accelerate AI-led business transformations through Leah’s Agentic solutions.
The collaboration aims to support enterprises as they move beyond task-level automation towards hybrid operating models powered by both human and AI-driven taskforces. The partnership combines PwC India’s transformation expertise, industry knowledge, and technology capabilities with Leah’s Agentic OS platform designed to orchestrate, govern, and deploy AI agents at enterprise scale.
The alliance comes at a time when businesses are increasingly exploring agentic AI models to drive operational efficiency, automation, and decision-making across core business functions and industry value chains.
Under the partnership, PwC India and Leah will work together to help organisations deploy cross-functional and industry-specific AI agents across finance, HR, legal, procurement, and supply chain operations while embedding enterprise-grade governance, auditability, explainability, and human oversight mechanisms.
The partnership will also focus on integrating agentic workflows into existing enterprise ecosystems such as ERP, finance, procurement, and operational platforms instead of creating standalone AI silos.

Commenting on the collaboration, Manpreet Singh Ahuja, Partner and Chief Clients and Industries Officer, PwC India, said, “As the industry moves from experimentation to scaled deployments, the enterprise AI advantage will come from scaled agentic operations and vertically trained agents sharply trained on contextual and process nuances. Our alliance with Leah helps clients to not only embed Agentic AI in their functional activities but also leverage domain-specific AI with enterprise orchestration, governance, and secure deployment options including on-premises environments. PwC can help clients across finance, HR, supply chain processes and with tailored agents in domains like Source-to-Contract, we are helping organisations drive accelerated value with agentic AI across their operations.”
Leah’s Agentic OS platform has been developed to enable orchestration across systems, workflows, and enterprise data while supporting requirements around traceability, governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Speaking on the partnership, Sarvarth Misra, CEO and Cofounder of Leah, said, “The enterprise AI advantage won’t come from bolting AI onto existing solutions — it will come from AI-native platforms that combine with agentic architecture, Leah’s Agentic OS is the first platform-built ground-up to deliver exactly that. Working with PwC India, we’re helping enterprises finally execute commercial intelligence at scale.”
Through the extended alliance, the two organisations aim to help enterprises accelerate value realisation from AI transformation initiatives while building scalable, secure, and governed agentic AI ecosystems across business operations.
