Mumbai: Raffles Udaipur has appointed Guneeta Duggal as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality and strategic leadership, Guneeta will spearhead the resort’s commercial initiatives, driving growth, elevating guest experiences, and reinforcing the brand’s market presence.
Guneeta joins Raffles Udaipur following a successful tenure as Director of Sales and Marketing at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where she played a pivotal role in redefining the property’s market positioning, consistently surpassing revenue targets, and achieving record-breaking financial performance. Under her leadership, the resort garnered multiple industry accolades and earned a reputation for delivering bespoke guest experiences that set new benchmarks in the sector.
Her illustrious career includes senior roles with Marriott International’s National and Global Sales Organizations, where she managed portfolios across 130+ hotels in India and 6000+ globally. She was instrumental in generating multi-crore revenue streams and fostering strategic partnerships across the corporate, MICE, and leisure segments. Guneeta has also contributed to renowned brands such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, The Westin Gurgaon & Sohna, and Taj Hotels Resorts & Spas, where she led high-performing teams and consistently delivered outstanding business outcomes.
