Mumbai: Sandeep Sharma is set to retire from his role as Head of R K SWAMY Media Group on April 30, 2026, marking the end of a 14-year tenure with the organisation and a distinguished 36-year career in the media, advertising, and marketing industry.
Following his retirement, Sharma will continue his association with the company as a Senior Consultant with its Brand & Marketing Consulting Group. In this capacity, he will focus on the media sector and support the group’s business expansion initiatives. He is also expected to explore entrepreneurial opportunities in the AI SaaS technology development space.
Over the course of his career, Sharma has held CXO-level roles across leading organisations in media, advertising, and FMCG, contributing to the growth of several prominent brands and businesses. His industry involvement extends to serving as a Board member at the Media Research Users Council (MRUC) and being a founding member of the News Broadcasters Association (NBA) during his tenure at Times Television Network.
Known for his active participation in industry forums, Sharma has also been the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions over the years.
