With over 20 years of experience across customer success, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise transformation, Servo has been instrumental in scaling major SaaS organisations, including HighRadius. Known for enabling global enterprises to achieve measurable business impact through AI, he brings deep expertise in driving customer-centric transformation at scale.
In his new role, Servo will partner with supply chain leaders to help them envision, build, and execute their AI-transformation roadmap. The appointment comes at a time when enterprises globally are seeking partners who can deeply understand their operational challenges and deploy AI-native solutions that translate into tangible business outcomes.
His experience in simplifying complex technologies and converting them into practical, high-impact customer value will support Shipsy’s 150+ global customers in maximizing returns on their logistics technology investments. Servo will also collaborate closely with Shipsy’s product and engineering teams to help customers seamlessly orchestrate their digital workforce and transition to an agentic, AI-driven future.
