Mumbai: Hindi Movie Channel Sony MAX gears up for a great start to the year by bringing one of the biggest action film series- The Expendables in Hindi. The best action sequences and the beefiest star cast in movie history comes with explosive and action- packed world of The Expendables.
Boasting of a robust star cast with Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham in pivotal roles, The Expendables series pays tribute to the blockbuster action films of the 1980s and early 1990s, and stars an array of action veterans from those decades.
The first series of The Expendables deals with a CIA operative hiring a team of mercenaries to eliminate a Latin dictator and a renegade CIA agent while the second series reunites the Expendables for what should be an easy paycheck, but when one of their men is murdered on the job, their quest for revenge puts them up against an unexpected threat and the third series shows the Expendables co-founder and notorious arms trader hell bent on wiping out Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and every single one of his associates.
Sony MAX is set to air Hindi dubbed version of The Expendables at 9 PM on 6th January, The Expendables 2 at 9 PM on 13th January and The Expendables 3 at 9 PM on 20th January.
