Chennai : Sun TV Network owned digital OTT platform Sun NXT has digital premiered the recently released comedy blockbuster, Prabhu Deva starrer Tamil movie ‘Gulaebaghavali” on Friday, 9th February, much ahead of its television premiere. The movie was released on 12th January 2018.
Gulaebaghavali was lined up for theatrical release as one among the new releases for Pongal. The movie is digital premiered on SUN NXT much ahead of its television premiere.
The movie has an array of actors in different characters adding to the humor to the film. Prabhu Deva& Hansika Motwani are seen in the lead roles, whereas Revathi, Ramdoss and Yogi Babu among others portraying supporting roles. Apart from this, actors like Munishkanth, Anandaraj , Rajendran, Sathyan, Mansoor Ali Khan and many more contribute to the rib tickling comedy. Vivek–Mervin has scored the music and the songs have performed quite well. The art director created a replica of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon at a cost of two crores.
The story plot revolves around,four petty criminals who meet by destiny and eventually get trapped by a don and are forced to go places to recover a treasure that was buried by the don’s grandfather in Gulaebaghavali temple in a remote village.”The comedy of erros” makes the movie a full length comedy movie.
