Mumbai: The Chapter, an Isprava Group company and new-age luxury real estate brand, has announced its entry into Alibaug with a community-focused solar lantern initiative ahead of the launch of its first residential project in the region.
To mark the entry, The Chapter created a 1,200 sq. ft. brand logo using 1,192 solar lanterns, illuminated at sunset and captured through aerial cinematography against the landscape of Alibaug. The activation was staged on the actual project land in Vaijali, with the brand positioning the initiative as an expression of mindful, energy-conscious living and its community-first approach.
The solar lanterns were placed directly on the land and illuminated at dusk, using the natural setting and changing light to create the installation. The activation also involved influencers and guests, who participated in placing the lanterns and witnessed their collective illumination at sunset.
The initiative was designed to extend beyond a launch-day visual. Following the reveal, the solar lanterns will be distributed across Vaijali, Zirad, Satirje and Bamansure villages in Alibaug, allowing the installation to translate into a community-focused initiative.
Commenting on the campaign, Amrita Kumar, Vice President, Marketing, Isprava Group, said, “Vaijali marks a new start for us in Alibaug, and we felt our presence here should reflect our core values from the very start. At The Chapter, we believe that every beginning should meaningfully enhance the community and the people who live there. This initiative reflects our belief that building thoughtfully starts with engaging sustainably. The installation was designed to be experienced, not just viewed. By physically bringing the brand onto the land and inviting collective participation, we wanted the activation to carry a sense of intent and authenticity. For us, it is as much about the place and its people as it is about the homes themselves. The solar lantern installation symbolises collective participation and shared progress, while its on-ground rollout ensures the impact remains tangible, local, and long-lasting.”
The initiative forms part of The Chapter’s broader approach to its entry into Alibaug, with sustainability, community participation and responsible development positioned alongside design and luxury.
The Chapter’s Volume 004 in Vaijali comprises a curated community of 23 luxury homes, offered in 3BHK, 3.5BHK and 4BHK configurations. Designed as a low-density residential enclave, the project focuses on contemporary architecture, refined aesthetics and detailed planning.
Located in Vaijali, the project is positioned within an Alibaug micro-market with connectivity to the jetty and access to the region’s lifestyle and dining destinations.
With the solar lantern initiative, The Chapter seeks to establish its presence in Alibaug through an activation that combines brand storytelling with a tangible community benefit, reflecting its positioning that contemporary luxury can incorporate values, sustainability and local impact alongside design and amenities.
