AnyMind Group has appointed Uzair Suhail as Leading HR for India, MENA & LATAM, strengthening its people and talent strategy across key growth markets.
In his new role, Suhail will be responsible for driving human resources strategy, talent acquisition, and organisational development across multiple regions, supporting the company’s continued global expansion.
Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Suhail served as General Manager – Talent Acquisition (HR) at Omnicom Media Group India, where he was associated with the organisation since 2024.

Suhail brings with him extensive experience across global talent acquisition, HR consulting, and strategic workforce planning. Over the course of his career, he has worked with organisations such as Meesho, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu International India, Techmatters Technologies, and iPlace USA.
With expertise spanning global HR management, talent business partnering, strategic planning, and marketing strategy, Suhail is expected to play a key role in strengthening AnyMind Group’s talent ecosystem and supporting its long-term growth ambitions across emerging and international markets.
